In this role, you'll work alongside experienced Managers and Partners, lead audit engagements, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver external audit and assurance engagements from planning through to completion
- Prepare and review audit working papers, financial statements and audit reports
- Identify risks, assess internal controls, and provide valuable insights to clients
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service outcomes
- Coach, mentor and support Graduate Auditors and junior team members
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies
- Assist with special engagements including due diligence, internal audits and other advisory projects

About You:





- Minimum 3+ years' experience in External Audit within a mid-tier or Big 4 public practice environment
- CA or CPA qualification (or close to completion)
- Strong knowledge of Australian Auditing Standards and financial reporting requirements (experience using CaseWare is a bonus)
- Experience preparing and reviewing audit documentation and financial statements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing demands, and seamlessly switch between tasks and client engagements
