About the Role

You’ll have the opportunity to work across clinic, community and telehealth settings, supporting clients to build independence, achieve their goals and thrive in everyday life. Your caseload and clinical responsibilities will reflect your experience, interests and development needs.

Your role may include:

· Conducting Occupational Therapy assessments and developing individualised therapy plans.

· Delivering evidence-based, person-centred interventions.

· Supporting clients to improve independence, function and participation in everyday life.

· Completing functional assessments, reports and clinical documentation.

· Collaborating with families, support coordinators and other health professionals.

· Managing appointments across clinic, community and telehealth settings.

· Maintaining accurate documentation in line with NDIS and organisational requirements.

New graduates: Build your confidence with structured clinical support, regular supervision and guidance as you transition into practice. Previous NDIS experience is not required.

Early-career OTs: Strengthen your clinical skills, explore your interests and continue developing within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

About You

You’re a passionate Occupational Therapist who upholds:

· A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or are nearing completion.

· Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility to obtain it before commencing.

· An interest in NDIS, disability or community-based therapy.

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· A willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive multidisciplinary team.

· A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work.

· Relevant NSW and NDIS worker clearances, or willingness to obtain them.
