About the Role
As a Casual Multifunctional Attendant, you'll be the friendly face of the club, helping create positive experiences for our members while maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service at reception
- Assisting with membership enquiries and sales
- Processing payments and balancing tills
- Opening and closing the club
- Completing stocktakes
- Building strong member relationships
- Maintaining club presentation and cleanliness
- Monitoring equipment and reporting maintenance issues

This casual role requires flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, day and evening shifts at our Mayfield, New Lambton and Cardiff locations.

About You
You are:

- Passionate about health, fitness and wellbeing
- Friendly, professional and member-focused
- Reliable and flexible with your availability
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Confident using computers and administrative systems

Highly regarded:

- Reception, administration or customer service experience
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Experience within fitness, leisure or hospitality

Required:

- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)





Candidates who hold, or are working towards, a Certificate III in Fitness may have the chance to upskill and teach Reformer Pilates, Cycle and Aqua classes.
