Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Hospitality Workers to join our dynamic team. This role supports operations across the Casino, restaurants, bars, hotel, and the Alice Springs Convention Centre.

About the Role

- Provide friendly, professional customer service

- Support food & beverage, front-of-house, and guest service operations

- Greet guests and share information about our venues and services

- Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented areas

- Assist with venue setup, clearing, restocking, and general service tasks

- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

- Previous hospitality experience (preferred)





- Certificate II or III in Hospitality (advantageous)

- Completion of compulsory secondary education

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude, reliability, and cultural awareness

- Flexible, team-focused, and willing to learn
