About the Role
Our Bar and Gaming team play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.
We currently have a casual opportunity available for a customer-focused team member to join Wests Nelson Bay. You'll work across our bar and gaming operations, providing outstanding service in both indoor and outdoor venue spaces, including designated smoking areas.

In this role, you'll:

- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Prepare and serve beverages
- Operate TAB and Keno terminals
- Handle cash and operate tills
- Maintain clean and organised work areas
- Collect and return glassware for cleaning

This position requires availability across a 7-day rotating roster. As our busiest periods are often evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays, availability during these times is essential.

Our peak trading periods occur throughout summer, school holidays and public holidays, so flexibility during these periods is highly valued.
