We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help more builders, contractors, developers and designers discover what’s possible when premium bespoke mouldings, door systems and interior finishes are treated as more than just building materials.

This role is about building relationships, creating opportunities, solving problems and helping our customers deliver exceptional projects.

The Opportunity

Queensland is one of our biggest growth opportunities.





We’re looking for someone based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast who can expand our presence across:

- Residential builders
- Luxury home builders
- Commercial contractors
- Interior designers
- Trade and construction networks

This is not a desk job.

You’ll spend your time where opportunities happen:

- On construction sites
- In builder offices
- At design studios
- At industry events
- In project meetings
- Building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships

You’ll be supported by an experienced design, estimating, marketing and sales support team so you can focus on what you do best: creating opportunities and winning work.

What Success Looks Like

Twelve months from now you have:

✅ Built a strong network of builders and contractors across South East Queensland

✅ Increased project specifications through stronger relationships with architects and interior designers

✅ Identified and converted new commercial and residential opportunities

✅ Become the trusted “go-to” person for premium architectural finishes

✅ Created a pipeline that delivers consistent growth

✅ Helped position Intrim as the preferred partner on Queensland’s most desirable projects

Experience in building products, construction, architectural products, fit-out, interiors or related industries is highly regarded, but mindset and attitude matter just as much.
