We are seeking an energetic and committed Senior Worker Housing Access to join our Homelessness Support team. About the Role
As the Senior Worker Housing Access, you will:
- Lead and supervise a team of Housing Access Support Workers
- Support people experiencing homelessness to secure safe and sustainable housing
- Deliver high-quality housing access and case management services
- Build strong partnerships across the homelessness and community services sector

This role can involve emotionally demanding situations and exposure to psychological hazards, including client distress, trauma disclosures, and urgent responses. MASP prioritises staff wellbeing by providing supervision, debriefing, reflective practice, safety measures, and access to wellbeing resources. We encourage open communication—raise any concerns with your supervisor, management, or the OHS Committee as soon as possible.
Remuneration
Expected commencing salary of $95,057.01 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
Suitable candidates who do not hold a Diploma will be considered, with expected commencing salary of $82,415.00 per annum plus statutory superannuation. Study requirements will apply. MASP values professional development and is committed to supporting further study to Diploma level qualification.

Skills And Experiences
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Social Sciences, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Proven leadership experience within community services, including staff supervision, case management and working with clients experiencing homelessness or housing instability
- Sound understanding of homelessness sector policy, housing access programs and collaborative service delivery practices
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to MASP's values and client-centred approach
