The position:
- Norwest location & parking onsite
- Monday – Friday
- Support with leasing, admin, overseas team
- Company phone and laptop provided
- The total salary package is 100K – plus uncapped bonuses for new business, size of portfolio and exceeding performance.
About the prospective candidate:
- You must have a minimum of 2-4 years experience as a Senior Property Manager and hold the appropriate licensing.
- You understand the importance of leveraging technology and resources to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- You are business minded and understand the importance of growth and running a sustainable business
- Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to naturally grow and manage your work.
- You’re skilled at building robust relationships and expanding your network.
- You are sharp, quick on your feet,
and able to handle challenges
- You have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transport.
- You are willing to provide proof of working rights & undergo a police check.
