THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Sales & Assistant Club Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for every prospective member walking through our doors or contacting the club. Your primary responsibility is simple:

- Generate new memberships and deliver an exceptional member experience from the very first interaction.
- You’ll own the complete sales journey – from enquiry through to consultation, tour, membership sign-up and onboarding – while supporting the Club Manager with the day-to-day operation of the club.
- You’ll also step into a leadership role by supporting our team, driving promotions, and ensuring every member and guest receives outstanding service.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Converting enquiries into appointments and memberships.
- Conducting engaging club tours and consultations.
- Building genuine relationships with prospective and existing members.
- Following up leads through phone calls, SMS and email.
- Working towards exciting monthly sales targets.




- Re-engaging former members and generating referrals.
- Managing daily front desk operations.
- Supporting and mentoring club support staff.
- Assisting with club promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Acting as Club Manager when required.
- Delivering an exceptional member experience every day.
