Atlas Migration Pty Ltd is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to manage recruitment activities, connect candidates with employment opportunities and build relationships with employers. The successful applicant will work with clients to understand their staffing needs and coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to placement.

The right applicant will be responsible for:

- Liaise with employers to understand staffing requirements, position responsibilities and candidate selection criteria.
- Prepare job descriptions and advertisements and publish vacancies through appropriate recruitment channels.
- Source suitable candidates through job platforms, professional networks, referrals and candidate databases.
- Review applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience and suitability for available positions.
- Shortlist candidates and present recommendations to employers based on their recruitment requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, obtain feedback and maintain communication with candidates and employers throughout the selection process.
- Conduct reference checks and verify relevant employment information with candidates’ consent.




- Discuss employment conditions with employers and candidates and assist with coordinating offers and placements.
- Maintain accurate records of vacancies, applications, interviews and recruitment outcomes.
- Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify recruitment opportunities.
- Monitor labour market trends and provide advice on candidate availability and recruitment strategies.
- Follow up with employers and successful candidates to support onboarding and review placement outcomes.

About you:

- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Recruitment Consultant;
- Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing and assessment skills;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and coordinate recruitment processes efficiently;
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Experience using recruitment platforms and candidate management systems would be highly regarded.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year
