About the Role:
Join our team as an Administration Officer, providing high-quality, confidential and customer-focused administrative support to clients, staff and visitors. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth delivery of services across the Riverland Community Health Service.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Criteria
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including handling difficult clients.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute positively.
- High-level computer, word processing and administrative skills, including medical records.
- Experience providing administrative and clerical support, including Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of office procedures, Microsoft Office, confidentiality and relevant legislation.
Desired Criteria
- Certificate III in Business Administration or Recordkeeping.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage high workloads and meet deadlines.
- Health Service administration experience, including CME, with knowledge of customer service principles.
