We are seeking an experienced Configuration & Data Management Officer to join our growing team. In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for is responsible for the provision of assistance in planning and executing Configuration Management of technical and contract data across project lifecycles.

About the Role

As the Configuration & Data Management Officer, you will:

- Carry out Configuration and Data Management activities in accordance with regulations, Configuration Management Plans and the KONGSBERG management System.
- Manage and maintain product definition and design data, technical baselines, engineering changes and current approved configurations.
- Develop, maintain and promote effective Configuration and Data Management of contract deliverables.
- Register, distribute and maintain engineering,



technical and contract data deliverable documentation.
- Manage and maintain Configuration Management and Data Management Systems.
- Actively participate in Configuration Control Board Meetings.
- Actively participate in Engineering Change Control Board Meetings.
- Assist in conducting Configuration Status Accounting and Audit and Reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with Configuration and Data Management policies and procedures, including the delivery of initial and ongoing training.

What you'll Bring:

- Proven experience in a Configuration and Data Management. role in a technical industry (e.g. Defence, rail, aviation, medical).
- Experience using Product Lifecycle / Configuration Management software
- Experience in Defence or a Defence Industry environment.
- Familiarity with the range of Contractual Data Deliverables required under ASDEFCON contracting.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience and training
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint 365 software suites.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Must be able to access information controlled under the US International Traffic of Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian security clearance.
