- Vac Truck Operators (HR licence): Run your own vacuum truck across residential, commercial and industrial jobs
- Semi Tanker Driver (HC licence): Move bulk liquid waste safely between sites and treatment facilities
- Trainee Vac Truck Operator: No industry experience? No problem. If you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll teach you the rest

At Harmor Liquid Waste Solutions and Yarra Valley Septics, our purpose is simple: delivering cleaner water for our communities and waterways.

We’re an EPA-accredited, family-owned business with nearly 20 years in the liquid waste industry, servicing residential, commercial, industrial and government clients across Victoria. We back ourselves on reliability, safety, teamwork and looking after our customers properly.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be operating vacuum pumping equipment to remove and transport liquid waste from septic tanks, grease traps, pits,



treatment systems and other facilities. Day to day, that looks like:

- Driving and operating vacuum trucks or semi tankers
- Pumping out and cleaning liquid waste systems
- Running pumps, hoses and vacuum equipment
- Completing job reports on a mobile device
- Following OH&S; procedures every time
- Keeping your truck clean, tidy and organised

What we’re looking for

- An HR licence (Vac Truck Operator) or HC licence (Semi Driver), or a willingness to learn and grow for our trainee role
- Reliable and hardworking, someone the team can count on
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable chatting with customers on site
- Safety-focused in everything you do
- Physically fit and happy to get your hands dirty
- Takes pride in their truck and presentation

Fair warning: this work can be dirty and smelly. Sludge, waste, heavy lifting and the occasional unforgettable aroma come with the territory. If you’ve got a strong stomach and a stronger work ethic, you’ll fit right in.
