About the Role

As a Part Time Sales Assistant, you’ll work approximately 27 hours per week (Wed – Sat roster). This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive team, helping to create exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the day-to-day success of the boutique. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy building genuine connections with customers, have a passion for delivering outstanding service, and take pride in maintaining a welcoming and beautifully presented retail environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Creating warm,



personalised customer experiences and styling recommendations
- Supporting visual merchandising to keep the boutique looking inspiring and on‑brand
- Processing deliveries and maintaining organised stock room
- Assisting with online order fulfilment and click-and-collect orders
- Handling customer enquiries with care and professionalism
- Building strong product knowledge to confidently assist customers
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve boutique goals
