About the position:
Our client is looking for a Lawyer or Associate to join their Administrative Law & Commonwealth Compensation Practice in Sydney. You’ll:

- Advise self-insurers and Government agencies on statutory compensation claims
- Manage files end-to-end, from lodgement through ART review and settlement
- Conduct advocacy in the Administrative Review Tribunal and other forums
- Shape strategy on emerging administrative law issues in a rapid-paced environment
- Build long-term relationships with high-profile public and private sector clients

Key Requirements:

- 1–2 years’ post-admission experience in insurance or administrative law




- Proven litigation exposure on statutory claims and regulatory matters

- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ambitious, client-focused and committed to delivering exceptional service
