Rouse Hill Leaf Cafe is Hiring – Experienced Barista & All-Rounder

Leaf Cafe & Co Rouse Hill has been serving the local community for more than 8 years and is a well-known café in the area. We are conveniently located in Rouse Hill Town Centre, around a 5-minute walk from Rouse Hill Metro Station.

Location: GR003, 10–14 Market Lane, Rouse Hill Town Centre, NSW

We are looking for experienced Barista and All-Rounder who genuinely cares about making great coffee and enjoys working in a busy café environment.

Position: Casual / Part-Time Barista & All-Rounder
Hours: 3–4 days per week, approximately 20–40 hours
More days may be available for the right person, including up to 6 days if requested.
Applicants must be available for at least one weekend day.

Trading Hours:
Monday–Sunday: 8:00am–4:30pm

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of barista experience in Australia





Solid coffee-making skills with valuable attention to detail

Able to work confidently in a fast-paced café environment

Friendly personality with strong customer service skills

Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Able to maintain a clean and organized work area

Able to keep coffee machines and equipment clean and well maintained

Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
