We’re now looking for three experienced hospitality professionals to join our award-winning team

- Supervisor - Full Time

- Bartender – Full Time

- Floor Waiter – Full Time

Your day to day

Supervisor

You’ll help lead the Aster team through service, supporting the Venue Manager to deliver a seamless guest experience. You’ll be hands-on on the floor, provide direction and support to the team, manage service priorities and help ensure our luxury service standards are consistently delivered.

This is a permanent Full-Time leadership position, we're looking for someone who is seeking a long term opportunity to grow with Aster and provide continuity to our team.

Bartender

You’ll bring confidence, creativity and attention to detail behind the bar,



preparing cocktails and beverages to a consistently high standard while sharing your knowledge and passion with our guests.

You’ll have a strong understanding of cocktails, spirits and wine, combined with the personality and service skills to create genuine guest connections.

Floor Waiter

You’ll deliver polished, intuitive and highly personalised service, confidently guiding guests through our food and beverage offering and creating an experience that feels effortless from arrival to farewell.

You’ll know how to read the room, anticipate what a guest needs and bring warmth and personality to luxury service.

What we need from you

For all roles, you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in a premium restaurant, bar or luxury hospitality environment

- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

- Confidence engaging with guests and building genuine rapport

- Excellent communication skills and solid attention to detail

- Polished and professional presentation

- Current NSW RSA certificate

- Current Australian working rights with no restrictions

For our Supervisor, you’ll bring previous supervisory or team leadership experience within a premium bar,



restaurant or luxury hospitality environment, with the confidence to lead a team through busy service periods while remaining highly guest focused.

For our Bartender, you’ll also bring previous bartending experience and strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine.

For our Floor Waiter, you’ll have previous experience delivering premium restaurant or bar table service.

Working Holiday Visa holders

We welcome WHV to apply, however, we’re looking for candidates who can commit to a minimum of six months with our team. For WHV applicants you must have a visa that allows you to work until at least 1 April 2027. Candidates who do not have working rights past 1 April 2027 will not be considered for the next onboarding dates.
