The Role

We’re looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join a growing Canberra team and play a key role in generating new business and building long-term client relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, NETWORKING AND WINNING NEW BUSINESS, with the support of an established team behind them.

You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships within the Mandarin-speaking community and converting leads into new business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities across the Canberra market




- Build and maintain solid relationships within the Mandarin-speaking community
- Convert warm and self-generated leads into new business
- Conduct market appraisals and present tailored solutions
- Network and develop referral relationships
- Manage and nurture client relationships
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a high level of service

About You

- Previous experience in BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN REAL ESTATE
- Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills
- Confident building relationships and generating new business
- Highly motivated and driven by results
- Professional, personable and well-presented
