Manager to oversee two Premium Grade office towers in the CBD. You will lead engineering services, manage capital works, and drive energy efficiency and NABERS outcomes.

Reporting to the General Manager and supported by two facilities specialists, you will own the precinct's strategic and operational performance, foster stakeholder relationships, and mentor the team to deliver service excellence.
