TJ'S Po Boy is seeking a passionate and reliable Casual Cook to join our kitchen team at Sydney fish market.
You'll work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and the wider kitchen crew to ensure smooth and productive running across restaurant service and events.
We value someone with kitchen experience, who stays calm under pressure, is focused on quality and presentation, and is versatile with shifts including breakfast, lunch and weekend dinners.
