Job Description
Blacktown City Council is seeking a Building Contracts Officer to manage fire protection, pest control, defibrillators and emergency evacuation plans across Council facilities. You will coordinate contractors, inspect works and maintain records to meet safety and compliance standards.

You will monitor budgets, review payment claims, update corporate systems and liaise with government agencies to ensure WHS obligations are met.
