Job Description
Iluka Resources is recruiting a Reliability Engineer for the Balranald operation in NSW. The role focuses on reliability improvement across processing plant assets, using FMECA, RCA, 5 Why's and RCM to reduce downtime and optimise maintenance strategies.

You'll lead asset-management standards, mentor maintenance teams, and support a culture of continuous improvement, while site-based work with FIFO/DIDO options and relocation support are available.
