Job Description
RAC WA is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our Joondalup Contact Centre. You will greet members, answer calls, and route inquiries to the right RAC team, delivering exceptional service from the first interaction.

Role involves a adaptable roster Monday to Friday 7:00am–8:30pm with rotating Saturdays 8:30am–5:00pm. Bring robust communication, reliability and a customer-focused attitude to help members access support quickly.
