Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and reliable HR Drivers to join our Commercial Collections team.

Based at our Rutherford depot , you'll service customers throughout the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, and Central Coast regions , operating modern collection vehicles and working independently while delivering exceptional service.

This is a permanent full time opportunity for drivers who take pride in their work, value safety, and enjoy being out on the road.

What You'll Be Doing

- Safely operating HR collection vehicles
- Completing scheduled commercial collection runs
- Conducting pre-start inspections and daily vehicle checks
- Following run sheets and GPS mapping systems




- Delivering professional customer service
- Adhering to company safety procedures and road regulations

What You Need

- Unrestricted HR Licence
- Good driving history (RMS Driving Record required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Safety-focused attitude
- Reliability and commitment to teamwork
