Minor Hotels is seeking a full time Guest Service Agent for WRAP on Southbank. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs and provide local recommendations to ensure memorable stays.

Responsibilities include assisting guests across channels, handling reservations accurately, and maintaining a courteous, proactive approach to service. Rotating shifts; weekend and public-holiday coverage required.
