We are looking for a Qualified Baker to join our friendly team in Frankston. If you’re passionate about baking and take pride in producing quality bakery products, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive workplace and become part of an experienced production team.

Working Hours: 2:00am – 10:00am

Six days per week Tuesday to Saturday, with an additional day as required

About the Role

As a Qualified Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and producing a range of fresh bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and food safety. Your duties will include:





- Preparing and mixing doughs and batters
- Producing breads, rolls, pastries and other bakery products
- Measuring and preparing ingredients accurately
- Operating and monitoring bakery equipment
- Following recipes and production requirements
- Ensuring products are baked to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
- Assisting with daily bakery production
- Working effectively as part of a team

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is a qualified Baker
- Has commercial baking experience
- Has strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes
- Takes pride in producing quality products
- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Can comfortably work early morning shifts
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Understands food safety and hygiene requirements
