V&C; Foods is looking for an experienced butcher to join our wholesale butchery team in South Nowra, NSW. This afternoon/evening role runs from 3pm to 11pm, with responsibilities including cutting, preparing and packaging meats to meet high quality standards.

You will operate and maintain equipment safely, ensure food safety compliance, and deliver excellent service to customers while supporting the overall butchery operations. A team-focused, detail-oriented approach is essential.
