Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is seeking a dedicated Dietitian to support older people in the Barossa region.
The role focuses on person‐centred nutrition care across community, home and residential aged care settings, promoting healthy ageing and independence.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence‐based care, developing tailored plans with clients and families, and contributing to initiatives aimed at hospital avoidance and restorative care.
