Input Health Hub in Frankston seeks a Member Experience Sales Coach to welcome prospects, run tours, and guide them toward the membership that best fits their life.

This role is the first real conversation people have with IHH and requires listening, warmth, and a genuine desire to help.

You'll own the follow-up journey from first hello to signed member, keep the CRM up to date, and work closely with our coaches and retention team to ensure recent members stay engaged and supported.
