This role supports intake via phone, site and outreach, with a wide-ranging caseload and solid emphasis on safeguarding and service access.
You will assess risk, coordinate referrals, and work within the Orange Door integrated team to plan and broker services.
Victoria-specific qualifications and a driver's licence are required.
