As our Property Management Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing our Property Management portfolio by identifying new prospects and building lasting relationships with property investors.
Key responsibilities n
n
Lead, mentor, and support the Property Management team to achieve outstanding results
n
Oversee the management of a quality residential property portfolio
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
n
Conduct portfolio reviews, rent reviews, and lease renewals
n
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and agency procedures
n
Identify and secure new property management opportunities
n
Develop and implement strategies to grow the rent roll
n
Network within the local community to generate referrals and recent business
n
Provide professional advice and exceptional customer service to clients
n
Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the agency.

About you n
n
Proven experience in Property Management
n




Previous leadership or team management experience highly regarded
n
Solid business development and client relationship skills
n
Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent qualification
n
Current driver's licence
n
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
A proactive, results-driven attitude
n
Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
