Job Description
SeaLink K'gari on K'gari (Fraser Island) seeks a Trade Qualified Executive Sous Chef to lead our food operations across four kitchens and three restaurants. This hands-on leadership role partners with chefs and stewards to deliver high-quality, protected dining experiences in a UNESCO World Heritage setting.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in senior kitchen roles, a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery, and experience in high-volume resort settings.
