GTS Freight Management is seeking experienced Interstate MC Drivers to join our team at our Minchinbury depot.
n
This full-time position operates regular interstate services between Sydney and Melbourne. The role includes sleeping in the truck's sleeper cab and loading and unloading freight.
Key responsibilities n
n
Operate interstate services between Sydney and Melbourne
n
Safely load and unload freight
n
Complete vehicle inspections and transport documentation
n
Comply with fatigue-management, road-safety and company requirements
n
Handle freight safely and professionally
n
Maintain clear communication with operations staff
n
Represent GTS Freight professionally when dealing with customers
n
About You n
To be successful, you will ideally have:
n
n




A current MC driver's licence
n
Interstate linehaul driving experience
n
A solid understanding of fatigue-management and chain-of-responsibility requirements
n
A safe and responsible driving record
n
The physical ability to undertake loading and unloading duties
n
Positive communication and time-management skills
n
A reliable, skilled and safety-focused approach
n
The ability to spend nights away from home
n
