Bus Driver (Permanent & Casual): including current On Demand Transport roles

Caboolture Bus Lines is looking for bus drivers to join our Caboolture and Bribie Island teams. We have roles available on our Translink urban and school services, and on our new On Demand Transport (ODT) service launching on Bribie Island in late 2026.

Whether you are after adaptable casual shifts or a permanent role on a current service, this is a great time to join CBL.

Urban and school drivers (casual): Translink scheduled urban and school services across Caboolture and Bribie Island, with flexible shifts and regular ongoing hours.

On Demand Transport drivers (permanent): ODT is a new, flexible public transport option for Bribie Island. Passengers are picked up near their homes and taken to and from key locations within a defined service area. These roles are based on Bribie Island. Join us as a permanent driver and be part of the team that launches it.

About you

Hold a current Queensland Driver Licence (MR or higher)

Hold or be willing to obtain the required Driver Authorisation for public passenger transport (General)





Have a strong commitment to safety and safe driving practices

Have a professional and friendly approach to customer service

Competitive pay rates: $36 to $45 per hour
