Focus on the Family Australia is seeking a warm Pastoral Care Counsellor to respond to enquiries by email and phone, offering initial support, prayer and practical referrals. This triage role provides compassionate listening and direction toward FOTFA resources, while not delivering ongoing counselling.

The position is remote, casual, and adaptable, around 20–40 hours per month with occasional travel for team training and strategy days.
