About the role

We are seeking a Beauty Therapist to join our team at our Indooroopilly salon Brisbane . This is for either casual or Full time position offering flexibility and the prospect to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be at the heart of our service delivery, ensuring every client receives a professional, relaxing, and rejuvenating beauty experience. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Performing a range of beauty treatments including waxing, facials, skincare treatments, and other beauty services to a high professional standard

Consulting with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, and recommending appropriate treatments

Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations

Using beauty products and equipment safely and correctly

Building positive client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times

Keeping accurate client records and treatment notes





Supporting the team and contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere

Staying current with beauty industry trends and techniques through ongoing professional development

What we're looking for

A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent accredited training

Current knowledge of beauty treatments, techniques, and industry best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service

A professional approach to personal grooming and presentation

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene

Reliability and flexibility to accommodate casual work scheduling

Experience in the beauty or related services industry is highly desirable

Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred
