Job Description
Stone & Chalk is seeking a hands‐on People & Culture Manager to lead end‐to‐end P&C;, enabling our national team to thrive. You will shape culture, develop leadership capability, and own policy compliance across states, aligned with our mission and not-for-profit context.

The role reports to the CEO and sits on the Leadership Team, operating across Sydney and Melbourne with a part‐time structure (2–4 days per week) and a national remit.
