WesTrac is seeking a Field Service Customer Coordinator to support productive field service delivery in the Perth area.
You will coordinate customer enquiries, manage work orders, assist with technician scheduling and parts procurement, and provide proactive customer updates.
Ideal candidates have customer service or service coordination experience, robust communication skills, and familiarity with service management systems.
WA-specific familiarity with mining/construction sectors is preferred.
