Novotel Melbourne South Wharf, part of Accor, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-outlet operation. You will manage and mentor the team, collaborate with the Head Chef, drive service excellence, and identify revenue prospects in a busy hotel setting.
