Windermere Child & Family Services is seeking a Family Services Practitioner to provide outreach and support to families in the Casey, Cardinia and Greater Dandenong regions.
The role uses an integrated, evidence-informed approach to build family capacity and create secure, secure environments for children and young people.
The role reports to a Team Leader within Integrated Family Services.
A Bachelor in Social Work or related field and a minimum of 2 years' community-sector experience are
