Job Description
Austin Health seeks a senior industrial relations skilled to lead enterprise-wide governance for workplace relations and pay compliance. You will partner with HR Systems, Payroll, HR Operations, Enterprise Risk and Legal to ensure controls are effective and remediation follows from issues identified.

You will advise senior leaders and unions, manage complex IR investigations and foster robust relationships across a large, unionised workforce. Commitment to safety and equity is essential.
