Epworth Rehabilitation in Victoria is seeking a part time Grade 1 Social Worker to develop clinical skills in multi-trauma orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Based at Epworth Hawthorn, with prospects across Richmond and Camberwell, this fixed-term role runs 30.4 hours per week until November .
You will conduct psychosocial assessments, support patients and families, navigate TAC and WorkSafe, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate within Epworth's compassionate, patient-centred culture.
