HammondCare invites applications for Home Care Workers to join our team on a casual/relief basis, with potential to become permanent part time. The role covers clients in the Ballina region, including Lennox Head, Brunswick Heads, Byron Bay, and nearby towns, with travel in your own car.

In this role you will provide essential personal care, home support, transportation to appointments, and help with medications, ensuring clients live safely and independently at home.
