We’re partnering with a small, family-run early learning provider in South West Sydney, looking for a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join their Preschool Room.

You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and families, contribute your ideas and help create a Preschool program you’re genuinely proud of.

The owners are accessible and involved, and they’re looking for someone who cares about quality, children and being part of a positive team.

For an ECT interested in taking the next step, there is also the opportunity to take on Room Leader responsibilities.

If leadership isn't your goal and you simply want to focus on being an exceptional ECT, that's completely fine too.

About You

We're ideally looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, enjoys working collaboratively and genuinely cares about the experience children have each day.

You’ll need:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship
- Current NSW Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and quality practice
- Genuine interest in working with Preschool-aged children
- Confidence building relationships with children and families
- A positive, collaborative and reliable approach

Child Safeguarding

We're looking for an individual who understands, adheres to and promotes the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations and actively contributes to children's safety, wellbeing and rights.

Pre-employment screening may include:

- NSW Working With Children Check
- Thorough candidate screening
- Reference checks
- National criminal history check
