BlueCare Caloundra Aged Care Facility is seeking a Wellness Partner to deliver inclusive, person-centred wellness activities for residents, under the Wellness Lead. The role focuses on residents’ physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing, promoting independence, choice and dignity.

You will facilitate group and 1:1 activities, work with care staff and volunteers, complete lifestyle assessments and maintain protected spaces, while following policies and contributing to continuous improvement.
