Zip Co is seeking an IT Support Assistant for our Sydney office to help Zipsters stay productive with reliable devices and access. This three-day-per-week on-site casual role focuses on Level 1 IT support and a friendly face for Zipsters.

You’ll work with the Corporate IT team to resolve easy issues, deploy devices, manage accounts and access, and use tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID to keep our workplace running smoothly.
