About the Role

We’re seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our friendly, passionate team in Murrumba Downs. You’ll play a key role in creating exceptional patient experiences and supporting our clinicians in a modern, thriving practice.

Your Day-to-Day as a Dental Receptionist:

- Welcome patients warmly and ensure every interaction reflects our culture of care.
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently using Praktika software.
- Handle calls, enquiries, and payments with professionalism and positivity.
- Coordinate with assistants and clinicians to maintain a smooth, seamless patient flow.
- Contribute to a fun, supportive team environment where everyone thrives.

About You
