NSW Health in Port Macquarie is seeking a dedicated Social Worker Level 3 to support Integrated Mental Health, Alcohol & Other Drugs in the Inpatient Service. You will provide psychosocial assessment, care planning and intervention to patients and families, addressing social determinants of health in a complex clinical setting.

You should be eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers and have experience across healthcare settings.
