Granite Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the end-to-end people change for a Mobile Device Management (MDM) project. You will be the sole change resource, highly autonomous and hands-on as the solution evolves.
Responsibilities include developing change plans, stakeholder engagement, communications, training readiness, go-live support and driving adoption, while partnering with Project Manager and Technology teams.
