Viva Leisure’s Springfield club is seeking an Assistant Club Manager for a permanent part time role (30 hours per week) as part of the Future Leaders Programme. You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience, mentorship, and development opportunities to progress toward a Club Manager position.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, drive member experiences, and support sales initiatives while upholding safety and club standards.
